It is hard to find such good customer service these days. Earl provided me with outstanding customer service. He was professional, knowledgable, friendly and courteous and he went the extra mile to ensure that my vehicle and I were taken care of properly. I had an oil and filter change with a diagnostic check on my Ferrari 458. On a separate occasion, he sent his mobile battery tech out to my garage to replace the battery and wire up a new and improved trickle charger system on it. On both occasions, North Coast Exotics did excellent work and delivered way more than I expected. Not only do they do excellent work but they are also genuinely good people. Their prices were also extremely fair and reasonable which I greatly appreciate. I recommend them 200%. I’m their grateful customer for life.

I’ve been taking my cars to Earl at North Coast Exotics since 1996. No other high end car repair shop can compare!

I bought a 2008 Jag XKR sight unseen from California and it arrived with a coolant leak. This was a leak in a line that runs under the supercharger which means major work taking the top end of the engine off. The dealership quoted $3200. Earl was totally familiar with the issue and quoted $1500 and had the parts on hand. I dropped it off at 5pm on a Tuesday. At 10am the next day he was calling to tell me that we're all set. I'm thinking he had to work on it all night to be done. Turns out he was able to splice the bad line before the supercharger and cure the problem. $200 !! He could have taken me and I would have been thrilled paying $1500..but he didn't. Customer for life.

Just bought a new levante. Earl was great and helped me figure out what my car needs and how it works. I definitely recommend this place for your Maserati needs.

I was an out-of-state buyer needing a PPI for a local exotic car and found Earl on a google search. Called him up and could tell by the conversation how passionate he is about his work, very thorough and detail oriented. He made himself available for a quick turnaround and also had the diagnostic tools and software to read the car. A true professional at his craft, I would not hesitate to give him my business again!
